Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months experience in a customer-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other related software
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
