Job Summary: Your main objective will be to ensure seamless daily operations and provide guests with a delightful dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Set up dining areas before guests arrive
• Arrange tableware and condiments
• Clear dirty utensils and replace as necessary
• Offer special silverware for families with young children
• Clean and reset tables after guest departure
• Adhere to health and safety standards in all dining and kitchen areas
• Perform any other tasks assigned by Management

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Busser, Food Runner, or in a similar entry-level restaurant position is advantageous
• Availability to work varying shifts, which may include weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Understanding of hygiene practices and food safety protocols
• Physical strength to carry heavy trays and stand for extended periods
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
• Background in the hospitality or restaurant field
