Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers, attentively listen to their needs, and accurately evaluate their vehicle issues.
  • Collaborate closely with technicians during inspections to ensure a comprehensive and well-documented assessment.
  • Effectively communicate service recommendations and alternatives to customers, taking the time to educate them so they can make informed decisions about their vehicle's maintenance and repairs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the repair process, aiming to receive referral business based on the exceptional service provided.
  • Keep customers informed during repairs to ensure they feel at ease every step of the way while we handle their vehicle.
  • Provide excellent follow-up service to each customer, ensuring they are satisfied with their experience and addressing any concerns promptly. Also, inform them about their next service appointment.

Qualifications:

  • Possess basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and service.
  • Demonstrate exceptional active listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
