We offer a guaranteed base salary of $395,000 along with a 10% eligibility bonus based on performance, not just productivity. Enjoy a great work-life balance with an average 45-hour work week.

It's an exciting time for board-certified/eligible OB-GYNs to join Mary Washington Medical Group, a part of Mary Washington Healthcare. We are expanding our OB-GYN and MFM practice areas to provide fully integrated comprehensive services for women.

Our newly renovated facilities, with a staff of fourteen providers, are an ACGME accredited site, and we have plans for a future OB-GYN residency program. Join us and be part of the OB/GYN faculty, enhancing our existing residency programs.

We offer a Sign-on Bonus, Relocation Assistance, and Student Loan Reimbursement. With over 3,000 combined births annually at Mary Washington Hospital and Stafford Hospital, our system includes:

  • Level III NICU affiliated with Children's National Medical Center
  • 24/7 operating and anesthesia services
  • 471-bed, Level II trauma center
  • Surgical ICU
  • Interventional Radiology
  • Subspecialty providers such as OB Hospitalist, Adult Hospitalist, and Maternal Fetal Medicine
