RideNow Powersports, a leading provider of motorcycles, ATVs, and other powersports vehicles, is seeking experienced and passionate Sales Consultants to join our team


As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect powersports vehicle that suits their needs and desires.

You will provide exceptional customer service, cultivate and maintain relationships with customers, and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish.


We are looking for individuals who have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in powersports.

Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers in finding the right powersports vehicle

Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on the features and benefits of different models

Guide customers through the sales process, including test rides, financing options, and trade-in evaluations

Negotiate and finalize sales agreements

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and facilitate referrals

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals

Requirements

Prior experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or powersports industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Knowledge and passion for powersports vehicles

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to work well in a team environment

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Valid driver's license
