SUMMARY: On a substitute basis helps to prepare and serve a variety of foods in large quantity and assists in the maintenance of a school cafeteria and food program.

QUALIFICATIONS: Food Handler Certificate required (or obtain within 60 days of hire) Knowledge of methods of preparing and serving large quantities of food One year of experience in preparing large quantities of food in school cafeteria setting and/or the private sector Ability to communicate in English High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
