Overview: Our therapy team is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create customized treatment plans that exceed patients' expectations and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Write detailed assessments, treatment goals, and programming for each client
  • Develop and monitor data collection for all programs
  • Conduct training on treatment goals
  • Be available flexible hours to meet client needs
  • Communicate regularly with the Director of Waiver Services
  • Oversee assessments and analyze program data for client progress
  • Stay updated on new research in behavior analysis

Qualifications:

  • Must be licensed or certified as a BCBA
  • Minimum Master's Degree in a Mental Health discipline or Behavior Analysis
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to clinic standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
  • Excellent written communication skills

About our Line of Business: ResCare Community Living has extensive experience in disability services, offering support to individuals with daily living needs. Our services include Community Living, Adult Host Homes, Behavioral/Mental Health Support, In-home Pharmacy Solutions, Telecare, Supported Employment and Training Programs, and Day programs.

Salary Range: USD $25.00 / Hour
