Position Highlights:
  • Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
  • Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if required by the state of practice
