Reporting to the Revenue Accounting Manager , this individual will manage the Reserves calculation, Account Reconciliation, Margin Analysis and customer program.


This role will include various harmonization projects and opportunities to enhance our accounting process to be more efficient and effective.


The person in this position will work closely with Revenue Accounting and Reporting teams and business partners from BU Finance, Sales Operations, Claims Settlement and IT teams.

Additional Duties:

Key contact for internal and external auditors, and cross functional teams who may have questions around our reserves process.

Review processes on an ongoing basis and implement improvements.

Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to modify and implement functionality improvements to system reports and processes.

Skills:

Advanced Excel skills and analytics aptitude required.

Experience in SAP and Oracle Cloud environments a plus.

Proficient knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition fundamentals.

Power BI, Claims, Accounting and Finance.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance,
CPA or MBA preferred

Certifications & Licenses:

CPA
