We require a minimum of 2 years of proven experience working as a Machinist to be eligible for this role. In case you need to move for the job, we are willing to provide assistance with relocation. Starting salary of $20 or more per hour depending on experience.



Responsibilities of a Machinist:
  • Operate and maintain lathe and milling machines
  • Review drawings, blueprints, or samples to ensure precision in production
  • Take accurate measurements for shaping and cutting tasks
  • Choose the right machine and configurations for each job
  • Plan the sequence of tasks for efficient completion
  • Monitor production processes, making adjustments when needed
  • Keep track of completed inventory
  • Ensure quality control by inspecting output and addressing any defects
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Support the team by assisting with related tasks
Requirements and Skills for Machinists:
  • Strong coordination and mechanical abilities
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and safety procedures
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Bridgeport Milling Machine
  • Proficiency in mathematics
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry out repetitive duties
Educational and Experiential Criteria:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience with machine tools or mechanical assembly
  • Knowledge of safety regulations
  • Completion of an apprenticeship or vocational training is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Machinist experience
Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour or more, depending on experience. A relocation package may be offered for the suitable candidate.
