As the Acquisitions Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities, negotiating purchase agreements, and coordinating the acquisition process from start to finish. Position:

  • Full-time
  • Virtual
  • Does include some nights and Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer, return, and follow up phone calls or texts and respond to all leads generated in our system.
  • Manage pipeline of leads and follow-up on leads in a timely manner.
  • Build rapport with real estate agents and overcome objections to get the deal signed.
  • Act as a lead contact for real estate agents.
  • Schedule appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties.
  • Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed.
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved.
  • Learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position.
  • Attend business meetings and trainings as required.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Real estate investing experience preferred, not required.
  • Based in Northern California preferred, not required.
  • Real Estate License is a plus, not required.
  • Ability to work some nights and some Saturdays
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background check.
  • Good attendance record.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines.
  • Outstanding written, grammar, and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
  • Extremely strong phone skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Excellent work ethic - be a "go-getter" who wants to serve and add vaule. Be ambitious and driven
  • Must have a "roll up your sleeves" and "all hands-on deck" mentality to cross functional tasks and assignments.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
  • Ability to perform intermediate tasks in the Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite.
  • Strong relationship management and the ability to drive multiple tasks to completion successfully.
  • Must be enthusiastic about providing best possible customer service for clients and customers.
  • Must possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities.
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.
  • Resourceful team player and a positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must maintain professionalism in attitude and appearance.
  • Be someone who takes an ownership mentality in all that is done in this position.
  • Limited travel as required.
