 Responsibilities
  • Organizes and directs the Agency's ongoing functions.
  • Supervises to ensure implementation of agency policy and procedures.
  • Assures documentation of services provided is accurate and timely.
  • Employs or contracts with qualified, competent staff.
  • Ensures adequate education and evaluation of staff.
  • Ensures the accuracy of public information materials and activities.
  • Supervises and evaluates client satisfaction survey reports on all patients/clients served.
  • Oversees and effective budgeting and accounting system that promotes the health and safety of the Agency's clients.
  • Qualifications
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all segments of the staff, the lay and professional public, the Governing Body, and the Medical Director.
  • Must have completed two years of fulltime study at an accredited college or university in a healthrelated field; or meet the qualifications per TAC a)(1)(A) or (B).
  • Must comply with Training in Administration of Agencies under Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 558.
