Front End Associate

Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or pointofsale systems
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring proper change is given
  • Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including checkout lanes and displays
  • Stock merchandise on shelves and ensure products are properly labeled
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

Experience:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate in Spanish (preferred)
  • Technical sales knowledge or experience with electronics is a plus
