About the job and the company:

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Direct nursing care.
  • Monitoring and communicating patients' conditions.
  • Creating patient care plans.
  • Administering medications.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic or therapeutic services in healthcare settings.
  • Create care plans, coordinate care, and assist with discharge planning.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Coordinate and supervise nursing care. Provide patient education.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities.
  • Assume charge nurse responsibilities when needed.
  • Maintain nursing core competencies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current RN licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification for certain areas.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum one year of recent RN experience.
  • Critical care experience preferred for specific areas.
  • Demonstrated clinical competence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Full range of motion and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Hearing and vision within normal range.
  • Exposure to communicable diseases.
  • Medium Work.
