Join Our Team as an Agile Software Engineering Supervisor at ASRC Federal Mission Solutions

Are you a highly motivated individual looking for a challenging opportunity? We are seeking a talented Agile Software Engineering Supervisor to lead our Aegis Combat Display team. In this role, you will oversee Agile ceremonies, ensure team adherence to software development processes, and manage staffing and manpower planning for ongoing and upcoming projects.

  • Lead assigned capability development efforts and allocate developers to specific contracts and tasks.
  • Supervise Agile ceremonies like backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Identify resource requirements and assist in acquisition and implementation.
  • Support software development teams and conduct staffing and manpower planning.
  • Define staffing priorities and funding requirements, and act as a stakeholder for programs.
  • Provide status updates to Senior Functional leadership.

Requirements:

  • US Citizenship required for government secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Physics, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Experience in Agile Software Development and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and customers.
