About this Position

Design Pickle is seeking an experienced Remote Product Marketing Manager to join our team in enhancing our product offerings to clients, enhancing the customer experience, boosting product engagement, and launching new products to the market.

The ideal applicant should possess a solid B2B product marketing background, capable of overseeing the process of introducing new products to the market, possessing excellent interpersonal and project management skills, and is expected to drive metrics such as client usage of creative services, leading to improved user retention and revenue growth.

This role is hands-on, requiring an innovative and iterative mindset with a touch of entrepreneurial spirit. As the founding product marketer on an established product team, you have the opportunity to make a significant impact through customer focus and witnessing the direct results of your efforts.

Reporting to: Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Regular Collaboration with: Creative, Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, and Product teams.

Location: US-based. Design Pickle operates fully remotely with a Company Hub located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing.
  • Established structure for Product Marketing in a previous role.
  • B2B marketing background, ideally in SaaS or high-growth business services.
  • Proven track record in developing go-to-market strategies for new products or updates.
  • Experience in collaborating with product and marketing teams to shape product strategy based on customer insights.
  • Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments.
  • BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in technology-enabled services.
  • Bonus: Experience as a Founding Product Marketing Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Launch Design Pickle products and features through marketing campaigns that drive engagement and subscription growth.
  • Lead go-to-market activities with cross-functional teams for timely execution.
  • Develop messaging and positioning strategies for products and services.
  • Create and distribute internal and external communications.
  • Support client-facing teams to enhance product opportunities.
  • Collaborate on content strategies for product marketing and client acquisition.
  • Transform technical knowledge into customer-friendly content across various channels.
  • Utilize customer feedback for product enhancements and case studies.
  • Define unique value propositions to differentiate Design Pickle in the market.
  • Analyze and share insights on Product-Market fit results.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer behavior.

The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $145,000 annually. Final offer will be based on various factors including skills, qualifications, and market data.
