Oracle HCM QA Lead Position at Client

Summary:
Client is seeking a skilled QA Lead with expertise in Oracle HCM or a similar ERP system. In this role, you will take charge of QA and testing activities for this implementation. Collaborating closely with Client's team and the System Integrator, you will ensure the project's success by implementing standard testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to Client's QA process guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the System Integrator to devise the project's test strategy.
  • Review requirements and design documents.
  • Develop and review test scripts in coordination with various stakeholders.
  • Execute test scripts, document results, and retest defects.
  • Participate in testing activities and ensure effective defect management.
  • Outline test plans for each cycle and facilitate UAT execution.
  • Provide training to stakeholders as needed.
  • Communicate QA-related risks and metrics to the project manager.
  • Lead defect triage meetings and contribute to Go-NoGo decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bring over 12 years of experience in leading SIT & UAT testing in an Agile/Hybrid setting.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Fusion functionalities.
  • Understanding of Oracle CEMLI / RICEW.
  • Proficiency in managing QA activities across different testing phases.
  • Experience in various types of testing including Data Migration, E2E testing, and more.
  • Ability to develop test artifacts and translate requirements into test cases.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies and processes.
  • Proficient in manual testing, test planning, and execution.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Technology or Computer Science is preferred. All candidates must complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, including background checks and drug screenings, as per regulations.
