Job Description:

As a Attorney, you will play a crucial role in representing our clients in legal proceedings against car dealerships and other entities involved in fraudulent practices. You will be responsible for handling a caseload from inception to resolution, including conducting depositions, trials, and negotiations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of civil litigation cases, from intake to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in depositions, hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
  • Work closely with clients to provide strategic legal advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar, in good standing.
  • 2+ years of experience practicing law, in Civil Litigation.
  • Strong litigation skills, including the ability to conduct depositions and try cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and achieving favorable outcomes.
