About the Company:

At our facility, we pride ourselves on offering comprehensive inpatient and outpatient respiratory services for both adults and children. We operate 24/7, ensuring round-the-clock care for our patients. Our respiratory therapy services have been recognized for their quality by the American Association for Respiratory Care.

About the Position:

  • You will be responsible for delivering top-notch respiratory care, working in shifts to ensure our patients receive the best treatment.
  • Compensation for this role includes a competitive base hourly rate of $27.93, with additional incentives based on your experience level, shift differentials, and premium pay. We also offer a comprehensive benefits program for eligible positions.
  • As part of our team, you will work a designated schedule, including weekends and holidays, to provide continuity of care.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree (A.S) or equivalent from a reputable institution.
  • Active Indiana State Respiratory Care Practitioner License and registration with the National Board for Respiratory Care (RRT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a must-have.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • You should be able to comprehend and interpret technical documents and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
