Job Description

Our client is a thriving private dental practice nestled in a welcoming small community. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our dedicated team.

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced General Dentist with at least 1 year of practice experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with molar endodontics, and knowledge of orthodontic procedures is a definite bonus. Our practice values professionals who embrace an ownership mentality and are eager to contribute to our close-knit community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including molar endodontics and orthodontics (bonus).

  • Demonstrate an ownership mentality and actively contribute to the growth and success of the practice.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide high-quality dental care.

Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
  • Active state dental license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of practice experience.
  • Proficiency in molar endodontics; orthodontic knowledge is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a small community setting.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
  • Willingness to work a four-day workweek.
