Indiana University Health Community Medicine is looking for a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant or a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to be part of the team in Indianapolis.
Position Highlights:
- Join an established team of Anesthesiologists and contribute to the growth of the anesthetist profession in our community medicine division.
- Full-Time, Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend work or on-call duties.
- Combination of inpatient and outpatient roles focusing on adult patients, such as ortho, general surgery, endoscopy, and ophthalmology.
- Main locations include IU Health North, West, Saxony, and Tipton Hospitals.
Qualifications:
- Required current ACLS and PALS certifications.
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana.
Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant:
- Completion of a Master's degree from a CAAHEP accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant Program.
- Passing of the Certifying Examination for Anesthesiologist Assistants or the CDQ examination and holding a current certification.
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist:
- Completion of a Master's level Nurse Anesthesia program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.
- Successful completion of the National Certification Examination and holding current certification from the Council of Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
