A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

As a Medical Receptionist, you play a vital role in our clinic. You are the first person our patients see, which means you have the important task of setting a positive tone for their visit. When patients arrive at our podiatry office, they are often in pain. By giving them a cheerful greeting, you offer a spark of light and some hope for better days ahead.

A crucial part of your duties is collecting or verifying our patients' personal and insurance information, which you treat with the utmost discretion. In addition, you answer the phone, make appointments, take payments, and perform data entry. A consummate team player, you help with any other tasks that need doing to ensure that our podiatry office clicks along like clockwork. You're proud to hold such an important place at our front desk, and providing excellent customer service brings you satisfaction. Most of all, you love helping our patients find healing

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of healthcare experience (preferred)
• Basic proficiency with Google applications and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
• Ability to maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations

Customer service experience is preferred. A basic understanding of health insurance is also preferred. Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Are you discrete when handling personal information? WORK SCHEDULE FOR A MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

The hours for our Riverton office are Monday - Friday, 7:45-4:15, or the last patient.

The hours for the West Valley City office are Monday - Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM
