Essential Job Functions:

• Accurate Prescription Handling: Receive and verify prescriptions
• Medication Storage: Ensure proper storage and security of drugs
• Customer Interaction: Provide assistance with a friendly attitude
• Support Pharmacists: Assist licensed pharmacists
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards in work areas
• Order Interpretation: Read and transcribe physician's orders
• Medication Dispensing: Fill prescriptions and label medications

Working Conditions:

• Physical activities, visual acuity, and aural acuity requirements
• Safety-sensitive position according to A.R.S

Required Education and Training:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Cashier experience, record-keeping skills

Special Requirements:

• Obtain/maintain Arizona DPS Fingerprint Card
• Complete annual Tuberculosis Testing
