SUMMARY & SCOPE:

Responsible for fulfilling orders from warehouse stock and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials.

Shift Hours:

2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operating material handling equipment
• Utilizing packaging tools, both machine and manual
• Using RF devices for precise material tracking
• Performing any other assigned duties

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong math skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and experience with micrometers and calipers
• Capability to follow oral and written instructions
• Commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to health & safety practices

SALARY:

The base hourly pay range for this position is $23.06. Your final pay rate will be determined based on various factors like location, skills, education, and experience.

We also prioritize pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members while making any job offers.

Please note that the mentioned range represents the full base pay scale for the role, and hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical to allow for future wage growth.

EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:

Prior experience with Forklifts, Side Loaders, or Overhead Cranes is advantageous. Evaluation clearance is necessary before independent operation. Proficiency in computer use and experience with cutting and banding equipment are also beneficial.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to stand for 80% of the workday, perform bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling tasks. Capable of climbing into/out of vehicles and working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and objects weighing up to 25 lbs frequently.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Primarily works in an industrial setting with potential exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Adherence to strict safety guidelines and proper use of personal protective equipment is crucial for maintaining a safe workplace.
