Breakfast Attendant

Breakfast Attendants play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our food and beverage area.
They must adhere strictly to health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards to meet requirements set by state and local Health Boards, as well as our brand standards and company policies.
Below are the key responsibilities:
- Prepare and transport food, beverages, supplies, and equipment to and from the breakfast buffet area.
- Monitor the area continuously to ensure ample supplies for guests.
- Welcome guests warmly and engage in conversations to enhance their experience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
- Monitor and manage food and beverage costs within budget limits.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and storage spaces.
- Check equipment regularly for safety and report any issues.
- Maintain temperature logs for coolers and freezers.
- Operate dishwashing equipment as needed.
Key requirements for this role:
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.
- Effective multitasking abilities.
