Position Overview:

As an Acumatica Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, optimizing, and implementing the Acumatica ERP system for our client
Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating the current utilization of the system, providing recommendations for improvement, and implementing modules related to financial management, inventory control, warehouse distribution, and international currency exchange

Additionally, you will be responsible for training the existing team on maximizing the capabilities of the system to automate processes effectively.


Key Acumatica Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of the current utilization of the Acumatica ERP system within the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains in financial management, inventory control, warehouse distribution, and international currency exchange.
  • Develop and present actionable recommendations to key stakeholders based on analysis findings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement recommended changes and enhancements to the system.
  • Configure and customize Acumatica modules to align with the specific needs and goals of the organization.
  • Provide comprehensive training sessions to educate the existing team on best practices for utilizing the system to automate processes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Acumaticarelated inquiries and support requests.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in Acumatica ERP technology to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Acumatica Consultant Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with Acumatica ERP system, including implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, inventory control, warehouse distribution, and international currency exchange processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Acumatica certification(s) preferred.
  • Previous experience in providing training and support to endusers is a plus.
