Position Summary:
The Electrical Engineer will assist in New Product Development; Specifications, Simulations, Design, Prototyping, Validation Testing, Agency Certifications (CE & UL), FMEA, DFMEA, and complete design cycle of product to release for production.
Essential Job Functions Lead Role in New Product DevelopmentCreate Specification for Product DesignDesign Simulations PrototypingDesign Validation TestingInterface with Certifying Agencies (UL/CSA etc.) for Product CertificationRelease New Product for Production Education Requirements Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Experience Requirements 10 years of experience in Circuit Design and Product DevelopmentPCB Circuit Designs including Digital, Analog, Microprocessor, and ASICs Designs with Communication Buses and Communication Protocols (RS-232, RS-485, 12C, SPI, CAN etc.)
Designs for EMI MitigationTrouble Shooting and Debugging, Documentation, and Version Control Preferred:
