Floating Receptionist

The Ideal Candidate for the Position of Floating Receptionist:

• Ensures patients receive personalized attention and care
• Maintains a smooth flow of examinations
• Responsibly covers the front desk and handles inquiries

This is a full-time position in Anaheim, CA, with occasional weekends. The hours are from 9am to 5:30pm, offering a competitive pay range of $21-24/hr. Travel to nearby clinics up to 25% of the time will be necessary, with paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities:

• Guides patients to exam rooms and ensures they are ready for examinations
• Manages patient information securely and maintains confidentiality
• Plans and maintains the cleanliness of exam rooms
• Performs clerical tasks efficiently and accurately
• Supports the efficient use of clinical resources

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation for travel
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a medical office preferred
• Medical Assistant Certification a plus
• Proficiency in Spanish desirable
• Knowledge of medical terminology and computer skills required
