Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the hydronic equipment and boiler industry. This role requires a proactive individual who can cultivate relationships, drive sales growth, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and target potential customers within the hydronic equipment and boiler market.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
    • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers to showcase the benefits of our products.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Gather and analyze market data to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
    • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, product performance, and customer needs.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of our hydronic equipment and boiler products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
    • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate products to meet their specific needs and requirements.
    • Collaborate with the technical support team to address complex customer issues and provide solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in outside sales, preferably within the hydronic equipment, boiler, or HVAC industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of hydronic systems, boilers, and related equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
