Job Title: Field Service / Roadside Technician

Pop-A-Lock is in search of a Field Service / Roadside Technician to become part of our team in Chattanooga, TN. As a Field Service Technician, your main task will be to deliver on-site client roadside assistance. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, possesses exceptional support capabilities, and excels in communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a solid history of client contentment and be enthusiastic about delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities:

• Car Door Unlocking: Assist customers in unlocking their vehicles when they have locked keys inside.
• Jumpstart: Jump-start vehicle batteries to get customers back on the road.
• Tire Change: Replace flat tires for customers in need.
• Fuel Delivery: Provide fuel delivery to stranded customers.

Requirements:

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, showcasing excellent communication skills.
• Effectively manage workflow in a timely and consistent manner.
• Capable of lifting up to 55 pounds.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Possess knowledge of safety regulations.
