Job Title: Clinical Coordinator

Job Summary:
Coordinate and participate in the planning, organizing, and evaluating of patient services to ensure safe, efficient, and therapeutic care in alignment with hospital policies and national standards. Collaborate with various stakeholders including medical staff, nursing professionals, and community agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist manager/director in enforcing hospital policies and managing department personnel
- Assume responsibility for decision making in the absence of manager/director
- Oversee assigned areas and act as a resource for personnel development
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance
- Collaborate with medical staff for quality patient care
- Coordinate patient care management
- Conduct personnel management tasks such as competency verification and education programs
- Assist in fiscal resource management and budget planning
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must demonstrate competency in providing patient care and assessment. Possess the ability to interpret patient needs, understand growth and development, and administer appropriate treatment.

- Adhere to attendance and quality improvement policies
- Perform tasks in accordance with departmental practices
- Align work with organizational mission and goals

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
Credentials:
- Registered Nurse (Required)
- Basic Life Support (Required)

Status: Full Time Regular
