Summer Assembler

We're Hiring Assemblers at Case Systems

A Midland-based cabinet manufacturer is looking for Assemblers to join their team for the upcoming busy Summer season. This full-time opportunity offers various shifts:

• 5:30am - 4:00pm (1st shift, starting at $13.50/hr to start)
• 4:00pm - 2:30am/ 4:30pm - 3:00am (2nd shift, starting at $14.50/hr)
• 7:00pm-5:30am (3rd shift, starting at $14.50/hr)

Schedule is Monday - Thursday with overtime opportunities on Fridays and Saturdays based on production needs. Overtime is currently mandatory.

Upon demonstrating reliability and a positive work ethic, there is potential for a temp-hire opportunity. Competitive insurance benefits, retirement plans, and Paid Time Off are available. Interested candidates must fulfill Spherion's Pre-employment requirements and attend a facility tour.

• Read and interpret order paperwork and diagrams for product requirements
• Operate machines and tools to manufacture cabinets
• Inspect for quality and defects
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist in other departments as needed

• Ability to remain standing for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Attention to detail
• Team player
• Background in construction preferred

• Compliance with Drug Free Workplace Policy
• Experience with tools
• Minimum age of 18
• Reliable transportation
