Overview:
Are you looking to kick-start your career in sales? We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team at HHM Hotels. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property sales leaders.

Compensation: $20-25/hr

Opportunities for Growth:
Joining us as a Sales Coordinator can open doors for you to advance to positions such as Sales Manager, Front Office Manager, Director of Sales, or even General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls promptly and relay important information to relevant departments.
  • Prepare and process correspondence, proposals, and contracts.
  • Distribute necessary documents internally.
  • Interact with clients in a professional manner and address inquiries.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts and correspondence.
  • Assist in room and meeting space reservations.
  • Adhere to sustainability guidelines outlined in HHM's EarthView program.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in hotel or sales roles is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
