Job Summary:

The Senior Vice President - Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Wintrust Life is a key member of the Premium Finance business leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, business planning, strategic analytics, and managing key systems and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive efficiency and collaborate with business stakeholders to implement strategies that spur growth, profitability, and efficiencies while ensuring strong financial controls.
  • Serve as the primary resource for Wintrust Life financial matters across the company.
  • Act as a key liaison between the business and management/stakeholders at Wintrust Corporate.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with a strong background in business and financial forecasting.
  • Comfortable with accounting concepts, general ledger organization, and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to manage critical databases and business systems.
