Earth Sea Acupuncture is seeking an acupuncture associate to join our team We have been growing and there is an opportunity to become a valued practitioner in a beautiful, rural, centrally located community.


Located in Waterbury, Vermont, at the confluence of a major highway and a scenic route, 15 minutes in most directions to some of the best mountains and skiing in the Northeast.

The adorable downtown historic village is full of charm and our practice is located in a stunning historic carriage house.


At Earth Sea Acupuncture, we focus on the care of those struggling with stress, anxiety, reproductive health, and chronic pain through the lens of trauma informed care and a body-mind-spirit approach.

We offer classical Chinese medicine, acupuncture, herbal medicine, crystal and energy healing, as well as occasional classes and events.

We are open to hiring anyone from a newly licensed provider to someone who is more seasoned in the profession.

For the newer providers, we would like to provide some mentorship and skill building to help you step into a successful career at ESA.

Because of this, it is important that you are interested in learning and able to take feedback well. This is intended to be a career position with lots of opportunity for growth. We are also interested in talking to more


experienced practitioners, and will consider higher rates of compensation for people who come with experience, established patient populations and their own insurance credentialing.

This is a part time employment position with a lot of room to expand. There will be a 90 day probationary period and a clear, competitive tiered compensation system. The longer you are with us, the more benefits and higher compensation you will receive. Compensation will be further discussed during the interview and offer process. The available shifts are Wednesday and Friday - you must be available for those work days to be considered. We would like someone to start training in the summer or fall of 2024.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivering friendly, professional and compassionate care to patients in the officeExtending that same level of professionalism to all patient communications

- development and education
  • Comfort in working with diverse populations, LGBTQ folks and HAES-Ability to assess patients needs and come up with individualized treatment(s) and plan
  • Ability to use and adapt to technologies used in running the clinic (Apple devices, charting and scheduling software)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and think on your feet
- both clinically and otherwise
  • Charting and maintaining proper documentation
  • Willingness to contribute to marketing efforts for the clinic.
Your involvement will be based on your interest, skills and availability.
