Guest Services Specialist

This role will answer calls and field them accordingly, address questions and needs of the customers and provide an overall welcoming environment.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and data entry experience
- Multiline telephone experience
- Professional appearance and disposition
- Fluent in English language
- Strong listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to convey messages to employees clearly and quickly
- Detail oriented
- Problem solver
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Must be a team player, selfmotivated
- Ability to multitask
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a multiline phone system
- Answer all incoming calls; ideally by the third ring with a friendly voice, polite, professional manner, and transfer them to the appropriate person or department quickly
- Communicate with callers in an efficient manner, minimizing the time they are put on hold
- Keep written records of who is on hold
- Take detailed messages when a call cannot be completed including name, phone number, time of call, and information requested to be delivered to the appropriate party in a timely manner
- Use the caller's name whenever possible
- Handle customer complaints effectively and direct the customer if required to the appropriate manager
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer customers questions
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received
- Maintain the general office filing system
- Receive deliveries, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Follow procedure for time clocks and ensures is properly clocking in and out of work daily
- Maintains professional appearance and neat work area
- Take inventory of office supplies and refreshments, restock as needed
- Handle retail apparel sales
- Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned by management

Compensation:
$20 -25/hr. depending on experience
