Overview:
The company is looking for a Hybrid BCBA in Columbia.
At SpringHealth, the therapy team implements personalized treatment plans that yield concrete results and surpass patients' expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board) qualification
  • Two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
  • Documented completion of 10 hours of annual training related to behavior supports
Responsibilities:
  • Model and train staff on Positive Behavior Support methodology
  • Participate in Interdisciplinary Teams to provide expertise on behavioral issues
  • Design and monitor Behavior Plans
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and provide behavior analytic interpretations
  • Deliver direct behavioral treatment to clients in various settings
  • Participate in behavior-related committees and provide individualized services
  • Follow all relevant policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and effectively present information
Reasoning Ability: Capable of applying common sense to solve problems and make independent decisions
Physical Demands: The employee must participate in approved crisis management procedures
Work Environment: The work environment may require accommodations for employees with disabilities
Education: Doctoral or Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field with BCBA certification
Computer Skills/Data Entry: Proficiency in recording and entering data accurately
