Summary

Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of management experience or related college education
  • Experience in a retail or restaurant environment
  • Desire to provide courageous leadership
  • Ability to create a safe environment and develop teams
  • High integrity and accountability
  • Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with labor and inventory management
  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years old
Preferred Qualifications
  • Some college education in Business or related field
  • High school education or GED
  • Desire to learn and grow with a high-growth company
Physical Requirements

As a General Manager, you will work in a kitchen environment and need to handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds. The job includes various physical activities and the ability to communicate with the team effectively.
