Description:

The IT Digital Transformation, Senior Manager will play a crucial role in driving the successful adoption of the organization's technology solutions and helping to achieve a positive return on investment for the business. This role focuses on the sales, marketing, and field operations related technology and how these technologies work together to help drive collaboration and efficiency across systems. The role will be responsible for enabling employees to get the most out of our digital tools and maximizing their work productivity in the existing systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Builds partnerships between the field users, leaders, and IT product teams to help all teams understand the value of technology and the needs of the business to provide better solutions
  • Manages technology changes through continuous training plans for users, ensuring adoption of new business processes and working practices as needed
  • Measures and tracks usage of the user community and reports it on a regular basis, ensuring all technology adoption plans focus on communication, training, management support, and user involvement
  • Creates onboarding processes for new sales and business development hires, training programs for new and existing employees, and assists in the development of training materials
  • Delivers change management strategies to support end users, identifies potential challenges and proactively addresses them, shares best practices and sells employees on the benefits of technology
  • Gathers feedback from end users and participates in the ongoing improvement of the business' technology offerings
  • Utilizes metrics and reports to track progress, identify areas of improvement, and inform internal stakeholders about the success of technology adoption efforts

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with global professional services organizations, including staffing/consulting, required
  • Proven experience in end user-facing role required, preferably in technology adoption, customer success, or consulting
  • Strong understanding of change management and project management principles required
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Advanced use of MS Office applications required, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of Bullhorn, HubSpot, SmartSheets, MS Project, and ServiceNow preferred

Location: In office.

Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval.

Travel Requirements:

30% travel (e.g. 30% travel to differing locations, 70% of the time working from an office)

Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:

Frequent: Sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination and repetitive motion.

Occasional: Standing and bending.

Infrequent: Lifting up to 10 pounds.
