THE ROLE

Off-White is seeking a Sales Associate for its Woodbury Outlets store, reporting directly to the Store Manager.

  • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences to customers
    • Achieve personal and team sales targets
    • Cultivate lasting customer relationships to foster brand loyalty
    • Adhere to company service standards for post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail sales within luxury fashion
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems
  • Deep fashion acumen
