Goals of our project:

1. Decentralized Identity Management:

- How: 

Use blockchain to create and manage decentralized digital identities for both users and technicians. This ensures that identities are secure, verifiable, and tamper-proof.

- Goals:

Implement decentralized identity protocols (e.g., Self-Sovereign Identity).

Create a smart contract to verify identities when users request services.

 

2. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Enforcement:

- How: 

Utilize smart contracts to automate SLA enforcement. Define SLA conditions in a smart contract that executes payments or penalties based on service delivery.

- Goals:

Define clear performance metrics and thresholds for SLAs.

Develop smart contracts that automatically monitor and execute based on SLA compliance.

 

3. Transaction Transparency:

- How: 

Record service transactions (service requests, payments, and completion confirmations) on a blockchain to ensure transparency and traceability.

- Goals:

Establish a blockchain ledger to track all service interactions.

Implement a user interface to display transaction history to users.

 

4. Secure Data Sharing:

- How: 

Use blockchain for secure and auditable data sharing between different stakeholders. This is especially crucial for services like Cyber Security and Data Recovery.

We're building a new IT service platform aimed at delivering a smooth, seamless experience for our clients who are looking for managed IT services.

We are seeking an experienced blockchain developer to join our team. 

You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining blockchain-based solutions that enhance our managed IT services.

The ideal candidate will have their primary experience in blockchain development, particularly on the Ethereum network. Experience in integrating Web3 technologies within IT Service platforms will be viewed very favorably.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Blockchain Development: 

Design, develop, and implement blockchain solutions to support various IT services, such as secure data storage, transaction management, and identity verification.

- Smart Contracts: 

Create and manage smart contracts to automate processes and improve service delivery across our IT service range.

- Collaboration:

 Work collaboratively with software developers, IT support staff, and project managers to integrate blockchain with existing systems and workflows.

- Research & Innovation: 

Stay updated on blockchain technologies, trends, and best practices.

- Security Implementation: 

Ensure the highest level of security and data integrity for our blockchain applications, incorporating best practices in cybersecurity.

- Testing & Debugging: 

Conduct testing and debugging of blockchain solutions, identify and resolve issues promptly to ensure optimal performance.

- Documentation: 

Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of blockchain solutions, processes, and methodologies.

- Client Support: 

Assist in providing technical support and advice to clients regarding blockchain-related inquiries and service deployments.

- Compliance: 

Ensure that all blockchain applications comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a blockchain developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

- Solid understanding of Ethereum’s architecture, programming languages (Solidity), and development tools.

- Experience with Ethereum blockchain development frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain security best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with integrating blockchain technology into several kinds of platforms.
