Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Teach a variety of piano skills to students of intermediate to advanced levels.
  • Prepare students for two recitals each year.
  • Conduct weekly sessions and maintain regular communication with parents.
  • Utilize technology and programming in lessons.
  • Foster a kind and inclusive learning environment.
  • Demonstrate independence and strong organizational skills.
  • Provide a background check.

Qualifications:

  • Serious about music theory and capable of teaching it effectively.
  • Experience with technology and programming.
  • Ability to teach a variety of piano techniques.
  • Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Personable and able to build strong relationships with students and parents.
  • Prior teaching experience preferred.
