Bath & Body Works is looking for a Senior Manager, Field Asset Protection in Chicago, IL, in a Hybrid setting.

The Sr Manager, Asset Protection role involves overseeing all Asset Protection initiatives within a regional market to enhance shrink prevention and safeguard company assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across different regions to manage team priorities.
  • Implement programs to reduce inventory losses and meet location goals.
  • Utilize AP tools to prevent theft and resolve issues.
  • Identify shrink causes, provide training, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Support theft investigations and safety planning.
  • Communicate with Regional Asset Protection Managers for goal alignment.
  • Collect data, conduct audits, and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure efficient use of security controls to prevent shortage and ensure safety.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of loss prevention/asset protection experience.
  • Demonstrated success in leading asset protection teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of shortage controls and security systems.
  • Experience recruiting, training, and developing associates.
  • Ability to integrate asset protection with store objectives.
  • Problem-solving skills and critical thinking capability.
  • Knowledge of legal procedures and confidentiality maintenance.
  • Travel may be required.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
