Position Summary:
The Vice President of Enterprise Systems is a critical executive role within our company, responsible for overseeing the
deployment and integration of Azure Development and Microsoft Dynamics 365 across our enterprise. This includes
vital areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Field Operations, Customer Service, and Sales. The role demands a strategic
leader who can manage large-scale systems implementations, ensure seamless integration with existing technologies,
and drive continuous improvement in system functionalities to support a multi-year transformation. The VP will
collaborate closely with other executive leaders to align technology solutions with business strategies, enhancing
overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Gain alignment with senior leadership and establish credibility with key stakeholders by demonstrating a sound
maintained with timelines, impacts, and dependencies communicated.
- Provide focused, business-minded IT leadership, emphasizing IT's measurable contribution to business success
Direct experience with IT planning and budget management is required.
- Lead the planning and execution of the enterprise-wide deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on
- Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring they meet business needs and are
- Manage the relationship with Microsoft and other technology vendors to ensure the organization receives the
- Ensure that enterprise systems operations align with the overall business strategy and objectives, facilitating
- Lead the evaluation of new technology solutions and make recommendations on technology adoption to
- Build a robust IT Application Team composed Architects, Leads, and Developers across the Dynamics 365 areas
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, including internal teammates, external vendors, and
urgency, is customer-oriented, and exceptionally responsive.
- Develop and test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of disruptions or failures.

What we're looking for
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field;
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role managing enterprise systems, preferably with
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects and teams in a similarly sized organization ($1B-$3B).
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience with Azure Cloud
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its application to Finance, Supply Chain, Field Operations,
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead large, complex projects involving multiple
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical issues to non-technical
- Deep understanding of business processes related to Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, and Field
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to foresee potential challenges and develop
- Proven ability for working with a large and diverse group of personnel within field of expertise and providing
- Must be knowledgeable of best practices for utilizing technology, automation, and various software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to make effective presentations to senior
