We are currently looking for a Phlebotomist to join our team at either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this position, you will deliver exceptional customer service, conduct skilled specimen collections, and represent the company professionally. Moreover, you will have the chance for continuous growth within the organization.

• QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday with a variable schedule starting as early as 5:30 am and ending as late as 6 pm, including a Saturday rotation. Hours and locations may vary based on business needs or supervisor requests.

Work Location:
Lafayette, IN (Client Offices & Patient Service Center)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform blood collections through venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for various tests
• Accurately enter patient information
• Handle billing information and payments
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen logs
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Carry out administrative tasks as needed
• Travel to different sites as required

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferably certified in Phlebotomy from an accredited agency
• Previous phlebotomy experience
• Demonstrated record of exceptional customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Comfortable with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record if necessary
• Minimum age of 21
• Willingness to work overtime
• Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test
