Overview: Pate Rehabilitation is looking for a reliable individual to join as a Transporter. As a patient transporter, you will use company vehicles to take our valuable patients to and from medical appointments, essential errands, and other activities when necessary. Be a crucial part of our care team and provide essential service to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Transport patients to and from Pate facilities, appointments, and residence in company vehicles
  • Follow the established transportation schedule
  • Keep company vehicles clean and safe, reporting any issues to the supervisor promptly
  • Assist patients with getting in and out of the vehicle when needed
  • Transport supplies as required
  • Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members
  • Successful completion of pre-employment and employment screenings
