Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMachine Operator - up to $22/hour – 1st Shift – Plymouth MI Join a family- owned business that believes in taking care of their employees so the entire team can reach their full potential

Key Responsibilities:

Select product per daily process furnace schedule for the assigned furnace line.
Review product selected for quantity and weight of parts for any damage, defects, or any type of suspect materials.

Perform the racking of scheduled materials, parts, or products from customer containers onto fixtures or into baskets to start the heat treat process per work instructions.

Unload materials, parts, or product from fixtures and baskets after heat treat process, replace into proper container per work instructions.

Maintain production rates and ensure production quality meets or exceeds customer standards.

Skills/QualificationsHS degreeBasic Math skillsMust be comfortable lifting up to 25lbs repeatedly and on occasion up to 100lbsBe able to write routine work reportsPrior Furnace/Machine Operator experience is preferredPrior work experience working in an environment around machines that produce heat.
