DBHDD operates mental health hospitals across Georgia, offering inpatient services for adults in need. Patients receive personalized recovery plans, including therapy and medication, to support their mental health journey.

Here at Central State Hospital in Milledgeville, GA, we are dedicated to providing maximum secure forensic services to individuals referred by the criminal justice system, ensuring they receive necessary evaluation and treatment.

Director of Psychology Job Description:

  • Plans and implements health services policies and procedures.
  • Oversees healthcare programs and staff to ensure quality services.
  • Manages human resources and administrative activities for health care employees.
  • Participates in budget development and program planning.

* Preferred Qualifications *

Doctorate in applied psychology with a Georgia license. Forensic psychology experience is a plus.
