CDL Roll Off Drivers are responsible for providing waste hauling services to customers by transporting waste or construction debris to disposal sites.
Roll Off Drivers will handle the delivery, removal, and transportation of roll-off containers to and from customers' locations. This role may involve driving in congested and/or confined areas and frequent entry/exit from the truck throughout the day.
Drivers may also need to climb to secure containers, rearrange items for better load distribution, and secure tarps.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

Working Hours:
- 6:00 am to 8:00 pm

Main Responsibilities:
- Operate truck safely in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as company policies.
- Provide roll-off delivery and removal services based on assigned routes or work orders.
- Maintain and update route sheets and driver logs.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Ensure professional and effective communication with customers.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Map reading proficiency.
- Physical fitness for prolonged exertions.
- Proficient truck driving and maneuvering capabilities.
- Basic understanding of truck mechanics.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English effectively.

Additional Requirements:
- Possession of a valid Class B CDL.
- Hold a valid DOT Medical Card or obtain one before employment.
- Minimum age of 19 years old.
- Limited moving violations and no DUI/OVI within specified periods.
- Exposure to various driving conditions and waste environments.
- Availability for emergency calls and flexible hours.
- Legally allowed to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre-employment testing.

Experience:
- Preferred: Waste Industry Exposure, 3 years of CDL Truck Driving Experience.
Education:
- Required: High School or equivalent.
- Preferred: General Education Diploma or higher.
