Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality dental care while fostering positive patient relationships. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where professional growth and development are encouraged.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients of all ages.
- Perform routine dental procedures including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and dentures.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care techniques.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology, techniques, and materials through continuing education and professional development.
- Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance.
- Proven experience as a General Dentist, preferably in a private practice setting.
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help patients achieve optimal oral health.
